This dress can be dressed up with accessories and shoes or worn more casually with sandals for a bridal or baby shower. I would even wear this on a cruise for an elegant dinner without being fussy. The sleeves aren't that scratchy chiffon that many dresses have. There is a lining that runs about halfway down the length. This dress even has pockets!
