I actually bought these for a trip to Puerto Rico two years ago, and they were great! I needed them specifically for an excursion to an El Yunque waterfall, and if you've ever done this, you know the hills are steep, and the rocks are SLIPPERY. I am a clumsy person, so I was pretty nervous, but I made it through the excursion without a single scratch, cut, or bump, and I credit these sandals for helping me through!!!!
