"I called 911 and followed the woman out the door and got her tag number, and of course by the time the police showed up, she was gone. All I could think of was that poor kid, and if she beat him like that out in public, god only knows what he goes through at home. What was worse was that this child was a scrawny little boy, and the mother was at least 6 ft and well over 300 lbs. I really wish I would have followed her home or wherever else she was going. I still often wonder about that kid; he would be a teenager by now."
