I am 46, still very oily, but my skin both breaks out and becomes dehydrated quite easily. It helps me prevent both issues. My hormonal acne has cleared up entirely and my complexion just glows. Before I do my night time products and moisturizer, I apply this toner to my face, neck and chest. This is my evening cleansing routine vs. using a cleansing brush with cleanser twice a day. Turns out, this stuff prevents razor or shave bumps. I later discovered it prevents any sort of bumps if used after waxing. You have to keep using it, though.
