Now you’ve just gotta figure out how you’re going to get to and from all the stages for the sets you wanna watch. As a Deputy Editorial Director for BuzzFeed’s shopping team, I love to get into the weeds of why a product’s worth the money by deep diving into customer reviews, and product-testing as much as possible. Heading to a music festival this season? Lucky you! But before you start stocking up on everything I outline in this story, double-check the rules for your desired music festival so you aren't caught having to dump a bunch at the festival entrance. For example, I went to Sick New World in Las Vegas a few years and ago and aerosol SPFs were banned but a lot of people seemed to not know that because they were trying to use up said SPFs before entering. I have one of these and actually just replaced it when it went MIA during a night on the town when I let my friend borrow it. I love to use mine at home on days when it's stuffy in my apartment but not enough to turn on the AC. Promising review: "I ordered this product for a music festival and I highly recommend it!! The fan is powerful and smaller than my hand, so easy to store. The flashlight is also perfect when you need to find friends! Highly highly recommend!" —Cliente de Amazon Get it from Amazon for $17.99+ (available in four colors). These are also great for wearing while riding a motorcycle (like the above reviewer), working, safety, and shooting. Promising review: "These earplugs are amazing. I purchased them to use at EDC, which is a big three-day electronic music festival in Las Vegas. I’ve used the disposable ones in the past but wanted something better. These were it! The directions for molding to your ear were easy to follow, and I was able to get a nice, comfortable fit. I put them on right before I entered the speedway and was able to enjoy the music that was playing at over 100db at a comfortable level. I was also able to have conversations, which surprised me. Definitely worth the price to save your hearing." —Martin Dahlke Get them from Amazon for $25.99 (available in six colors). They have a noise reduction rating (SNR) of 18 or 23 decibels, NRR of 7. Promising review: "I got these for a music festival. My husband has some high-end earplugs specifically for musicians to wear while playing, and these Loops worked better than his. The music clarity was good; it just turned down. Exactly what I wanted! Once I got the hang of it, these were easy to put in and remove and super stable and comfortable while inserted. They're way more comfortable than my AirPod Pros, and I thought those were comfy. I look forward to using these at future concerts and festivals!" —skm_pdx Get them from Amazon for $44.95 (available in four colors; also available in Quiet and Switch versions for other noise-canceling needs). Promising review: "I got these for a music festival and I used every color!!! They were perfect." —honestly Promising review: "If you are looking for your next go-to bag for festivals, concerts, hiking, etc., then this is your bag! It was the perfect size and, despite it looking small, it can hold so many things! I bought this bag specifically for Austin City Limits (a three-day music festival), and I was able to hold two Red Bulls, my deodorant, sunglasses, a can of Liquid Death, a charger, and my card holder. And it is still looking brand new! It’s my favorite purchase yet!" —Amazon Customer Get it from Amazon for $13.98 (available in 43 styles). Sojourner Bags specializes in festival-ready accessories and essentials. Promising review: "I bought this to wear to Lollapalooza. I was expecting the plastic to crack at some point during the four days, or some of the coloring to rub off, but it didn’t. It looks super cute, has plenty of room, and I received lots of compliments!" —Veronica Gonzalez Promising review: "I absolutely love this bag. I got it for a music festival, and it was perfect. I could wear it in front and easily access all my items. It was big enough to fit the water bottle that I use for running, which is a flexible material and folds down. This was perfect for when I was eating I could put bottle in purse and have hands free but easily access it for a drink. I got many compliments on it. The strap was nice and wide, so it didn't dig into my skin or cause any shoulder/back pain. The zippers were sturdy. Fit the festival size requirements. Plastic is sturdy so is stitching. It shouldn't tear. I have used it several times, and there are no issues. Strap is adjustable." —Anonymous Spider Get it from Amazon for $21.99 (available in 20 strap colors/designs). My colleague Divinia Tarin has and loves this: "I don't mean to play favorites, but the Clio Kill Lash Superproof Mascara is my personal tried-and-true. I go pretty in-depth in my review below, but TL;DR: this'll totally transform your eyes into any look you'd like! They have different wand styles and colors available (including Earl grey!) and whichever you choose, you're guaranteed lift, definition, and a look that'll last. As an oily skin gal who could never find a formula that didn't end up underneath my eyes a few hours in, this mascara bewitched me, body and soul. My thin lashes point downward and don't like to hold a curl, so I'm not sure what magical concoction is in this tube, but with a single coat I've got long, wispy lashes that I can practically hear going *fwoosh fwoosh fwoosh*! The Long Curling has been my go-to for a while and has survived sweaty, humid summers, super long days, and every cry sesh. I don't wear too much makeup, and imo it adds the perfect "medium amount" of volume, length, and definition — but if you prefer, they also have a Volume Curling (which is thicker for a bolder look) and a Fine formula (so pretty for no-makeup days and bottom lashes!). It does dry *super* quickly on my lashes, so I have to move fast while applying, and at the end of the day, I gently rub my eyes with my trusty Anua oil cleanser and have had zero problems with removal (and my lashes are super delicate). I never got complimented on my eyes until I started wearing this, so there's nooo way I'll stop any time soon!" Get it from Amazon for $14.50 (available in six styles, four colors, a three-pack, and as a remover). There are four cables (three output for charging devices and one input for charging this charger) and three input slots so you can charge up to six devices at once with this. Promising review: "Okay, when I travel, I take a lot of videos and many photos, so it doesn’t take me long to run out or be low on my battery. Recently, I traveled to Hawaii and was able to catch so many shots and videos without the fear of having a dead battery! When you’re flying, travelling around the world, or at different conferences, no need to worry about your battery charge! This device has you covered!" —Shannan C. Get it from Amazon for $20.98 (available in six colors). Fomin is a small business that specializes in travel soaps and wipes. Promising review: "Best thing ever. I work outdoors and I use this for my job. Doesn’t require lots of water either, but gets the job done. I actually bought it for my fishing trip and can’t wait to see how well it does." —Amazon Customer Get a three-pack from Amazon for $9.99 (available in single-scent packs, unscented, and larger packs). Promising review: "Finally, a solution for toddler flyaways that actually works! I bought the Kitsch Fly Away Stick for Hair specifically for my toddler's wispy, fine hair, and I am absolutely blown away. Her delicate baby hairs constantly pop out, but a quick swipe of this stick tames them instantly. It provides a surprisingly strong hold without feeling heavy or leaving any sticky residue – crucial for sensitive little heads! It's so gentle, easy to use, and quickly gives her ponytails and braids that polished look without the fuss of hairspray. If you're struggling to keep your little one's hair neat, this is your holy grail product. Highly recommend for fellow parents!" —Gabriella Diaz I have several pairs of Bombas socks and love to wear them as often as they're clean. They're squishy and comfy in all the right places. Get a four-pack from Bombas for $55 (available in women's sizes S–L, in four pack sizes and five color combos, and men's sizes). The individual packaging for these patches also makes them super easy to slip into your bag or a random little pocket. I wore some when indulging in a bubble bath (yay, waking up at the crack of dawn in Vegas because you're still on East Coast time) before housing an obscene amount of casino buffet food and going to see some bands perform in the desert heat. This brand is consistently my fave eye-patch brand because I do notice a depuffing difference, and the thick gel makes the patches stick! Promising review: "Cooling, restful, and easy to use. The sealed packet keeps the product moist until you're ready to apply it. Great for travel — refresh your eyes after a flight or before a big event, without worrying about TSA regulations or spills in your luggage." —Shaner Psst — it's also gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free! I always ALWAYS pack this stuff for trips. Two years ago I went to Las Vegas for ~48 hours for an outdoor music festival. I drank one in the morning before boarding my flight, then once I got checked into my hotel, then the next morning before the music festival where I was outside and guzzling tall boys of beer. And I felt great when I woke up the next day! Drinking Liquid IV also meant I didn't have to guzzle plain water (and then stand in line for the bathroom a ton) to stay hydrated for the 12+-hour festival. FYI, depending on your situation, water may be enough to rehydrate you! Read more about electrolyte-enhanced drinks and hydration at Cleveland Clinic. Promising review: "This stuff seriously works. Took on a five-day cruise when we had the unlimited drink package, and these Liquid I.V.s saved my life several times. Wouldn’t have made it to dinner/gotten off the ship the next morning without them." —Laura Bales Get a pack of 16 from Amazon for $23.45 (also available in sugar-free flavors). I'm also quite partial to the newer grapefruit flavor. Promising review: "I use my finger to apply this, and it feels good and lasts a long time! I usually have to wait for it to dry, then rub it where the eye creases are before applying my eye shadow. Typically I only wear eye shadow for special occasions — with the most intensive being all day music festivals (hot and sweaty) and my eye shadow lasts late into the night. Would buy again." —C Promising review (for the mattifying): "This primer is bomb. I used it for the first time during a three-day music festival in dry 93-degree weather. My makeup still looked good after 10 hours of sweating." —Abby Meyer Get it from Amazon for $14.39 (available in blurring, mattifying, illuminating, and color-correcting formulas). Stall Mates is a small biz specializing in this product. Promising review: "Brought these to a music festival and they were perfect! They’re nice and thick and don’t take up any excess room in your bag, or you can fit 2–3 in your back pocket without looking like a bulky wallet! I like that they’re individually wrapped because, dealing with resealable packs from other brands, they’re bulky, and you need a bag to lug them around, and you can’t just pass one to a friend discreetly when needed. Also great for when there’s no water around! Dries completely without residue and clean scent." —Hella Promising review: "I loved these facial gems!! I wore them to a hot, outdoor summer concert, and for 12 hours, these gems stayed on perfectly! I will say, though, use some eyelash glue to add on to the adhesive, it helps a lot! But I will be buying again, next time a different pattern for a different look!!" —Brittany Miller Promising review: "This was soo good! Stayed on for the events, and the roll-on effect was a perfect mess-free option! It dries quickly and could be spread more with your hands! Reminded me of the '90s glitter! Perfect translucent color!" —Emily Get it from Amazon for $7.99 (available in 15 colors). Note that some reviewers gave it fewer than 5 stars bc it has a LOT of glitter in it, and they desired a mere shimmer. This thing will make you sparkle like a Twilight vampire. I kept this in my bag and reapplied it throughout the sunny day as needed. It went on smooth and cool, and didn't feel greasy despite my ~hourly application. It's pricier than my beloved Neutrogena solid SPF but it's extra fun for a music festival or sultry vacation. I've been consistently buying this for a few years and taking it on every trip. Most recently, I took it to Sick New World in Las Vegas in April, where I was in the sun most of the day. I used it to reapply to my legs specifically and had no problem bringing it through security. (The festival banned aerosol SPF and many do, btw.) I also love that it's easy to apply in a crowd vs. aerosol. Promising review: "I normally use spray sunscreen, but at a recent summer festival, it was so hot I was sweating, and the sunscreen was pouring into my eyes. This product went on easily, stayed on, didn't smell bad, and kept me from burning. I've found that I've been happy with most Neutrogena products." —Keooh Promising review: "This is hands down my favorite piece of clothing I’ve ordered from Amazon! I ordered it for a music fest, and it was the most comfortable item I brought! I will def be buying more. The material is that 'slinky' material that keeps you cool and keeps the girls in place! No built-in bra, but I didn’t need to wear one with it because it fits perfectly! AMAZING!!!" —Ashlyn Get it from Amazon for $19.99 (available in sizes S–2XL and 23 colors). It fits any phone up to 100 mm x 170 mm (or about 3.9 inches x 6.7 inches). It also keeps out sand, dirt, and rain. Promising review: "My boyfriend and I always lose our phones, but not this time! I purchased these to go to a large EDM music festival, and our phones were nice and safe the whole time." —My experience Get it from Amazon for $6.99 (available in 14 colors). I'm in the early stages of testing this stuff and at about only a week in, I'm super impressed and get why it keeps selling out at Sephora and on TikTok Shop. Promising review: "Lasts through music festivals. I have combo skin and I have never used a setting spray quite like this. I jumped into a lake with a full face of makeup in 90°+ heat and my makeup barely moves. My makeup always looks brand new by the end of the night." —beautify101 Get it from Sephora for $18+ (available in two sizes; vegan and cruelty-free). The reviewer in this pic says that the straps are super light. Promising review: "Love this hydration pack! I use it for music festivals and day hikes and it's cute, the perfect size bladder, and great additional storage. I could carry everything I need for a day hike or festival day in this bag. The water bladder is a good size and is okay for starters. I'll probably replace the bladder with a top-filling one, just my personal preference." —Ann Birchem Get it from Amazon for $39.99 (available in 15 colors). Promising review: "Took this to Coachella 2026. AWESOME travel bottle. Hooked onto my cross-body and did not bug me at all. The collapsible feature is just what I was looking for this year! Definitely light enough to not even notice on me without water, and even with the water, it wasn’t annoying to carry around. Color was as shown in the picture. I found the cleaning to be pretty easy too with a bottle brush!" —Jaynessa Mejorado-Duffy Get it from Amazon for $7.99 (available in several colors and shapes). Promising review: "So I decided to put these to the ultimate test for 4th of July underneath my white, semi-sheer swimsuit. I wore them out in the Florida heat in the ocean all day, and they did not budge or peel off. I thought for sure these would take skin off by the time I got home because I just couldn't believe they stayed on the entire day (humidity is real). I was able to remove them with ease. I washed them with warm water and soap and let them dry, and the next day, they were super sticky, like they were brand new out of the package again. Buying these forever." —Marisa Get it from Amazon for $28.50 (available in three sizes, four colors, and two styles). BuzzFeed editor Natalie Brown swears by these pasties! Check out her Nippies review to learn more. This stuff is STRONG so make sure you do a spot test first — especially if you have sensitive skin. Promising review: "I even went to a outdoor music festival in the sun and no sweat. Very happy with this product." —Rachel D Get a pack of eight from Amazon for $19.99. Promising review: "This product is INCREDIBLE. I've had issues my whole life with underarm sweat. It could be 35 degrees outside, and I am dripping sweat. The very first time l used this product, I was AMAZED. Now I can wear whatever I want and not worry at all!! Even when I go out dancing or spend all day outside at a festival, I have no sweat issues! I put it on the night before, and it lasts 2–3 days. I've even used it the morning of going out bc I forgot to put it on the night before, and it still worked! You still have to wear deodorant with it bc it only works for sweat, not scent. And a bottle lasts a long time! Amazing for the price." —Mary Check out a TikTok of the mosquito-repelling bracelets in action. Promising review: "These things are awesome. Have a child who gets eaten alive. She wore one to an outdoor music festival for four days (same one, they last 250 hours)! Just tuck the zipper in, and no one will know ;)" —Uh Yeah Get a pack of three from Amazon for $12.99 (available in seven color combinations). Promising review: "I purchased to use at a music festival where the only bathroom option was a porta-potty. This was simple to use and a total game-changer! No more squatting over gross toilet seats. I peed standing up into the side urinal in the outhouse. No mess, just so simple." —Andrea Promising review: "These are the best. They're better than the Band-Aid brand blister bandages.
