I’ll never use anything else on my hardwood floors.

The spray mop comes with a refillable cartridge that gets stored upside down, with a spray mechanism activated by pulling on the handle trigger. The cartridge comes prefilled with the Bona cleaner, making it easy to get started cleaning immediately.

The bottom of the mop is a microfiber cleaning pad that’s reusable and can be chucked in the washing machine to clean it up to 500 times. (Note that the pad in my photos above is not the original one. I actually used it enough to necessitate buying a new one and went with an off-brand version that was slightly cheaper in a three-pack, but that’s after years of using the original included pad.)

Perhaps one of the best things about the Bona is that it’s extremely affordable to refill, too: You can get a 128-ounce refill bottle for just $20. The cartridge that comes with the mop holds 34 ounces, so that’s almost four full refills and many, many months of clean floors for about the price of one lunch.
