Took this on an international trip with my toddler and used it to carry them whenever they didn't want to be in the stroller. The pockets are so spacious — I was able to use this instead of a purse and fit a Ziplock bag with a couple of diapers, wipes, a changing mat, and a spare onesie, along with my phone, cash, and cards. I cannot tell you how helpful it is to not have a giant diaper bag to contend with when you're trying to change your squirmy toddler in an airplane bathroom the size of a broom closet. It's not a hands-free solution (obviously), but I much prefer it over bulky traditional baby carriers with their million straps and buckles. My one caveat is that if you're on the thinner side, you'll probably need someone to help you pull the strap tight enough so the carrier doesn't slide down.
